By placing an order with Preorder With Seye, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making any purchase.
1. BUSINESS MODEL

Preorder With Seye operates strictly on a pre-order system.

All items are ordered from international suppliers in batches.

Orders are only processed after payment has been made and the preorder window closes.
By making payment, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of a preorder business and agree to wait for the stated timelines.
2. PRICING & SHIPPING POLICY
What You Pay at Checkout:

The amount you pay when placing an order is ONLY the cost of the product.

It does NOT include international shipping costs.
-
It does NOT include local delivery to your address.
What Happens When Items Arrive:

When your item arrives in Nigeria, the exact international shipping cost will be calculated and communicated to you.

You will be required to pay:
-
Your share of international shipping cost
-
Local delivery/waybill to your location
-
IMPORTANT:
By placing an order, you agree that:

Payment of shipping cost after arrival is compulsory and not optional.

You are fully responsible for paying all shipping-related charges for your order.
-
Failure to pay shipping fees will affect your ability to receive your goods.
3. OBLIGATION TO PAY SHIPPING COST
Once your order has been placed with our suppliers:

You are legally and financially obligated to pay the shipping cost attached to your order when it arrives.

Shipping cost is determined by:

Actual weight/volume of your item
-
Current shipping rates
-
Clearing and logistics charges
-
These costs cannot be predicted at the time of ordering and will only be known upon arrival.
4. SHIPPING PAYMENT TIMELINE & PENALTIES
When your goods arrive:

You will receive a message notifying you of:

Your shipping balance
-
Delivery cost to your location
-
PAYMENT DEADLINES

You are required to pay your shipping cost within 7 days (1 week) of being notified.
AFTER 1 WEEK:

If shipping fees are not paid within 7 days,

You will become liable for demurrage/storage fees charged by the shipping company.

AFTER 2 WEEKS:
-
If shipping fees remain unpaid for 14 days after notification:
👉 You stand the risk of FORFEITING your goods.
This means:

The item may be considered abandoned
-
We reserve the right to resell the item to recover costs
-
No refund will be issued for the product payment made
5. ARRIVAL TIMELINE

Each preorder batch has an estimated arrival timeline, usually 2-3 months after a pre-order batch closes.

Timelines are estimates and may change due to:

Customs delays
-
Port congestion
-
Logistics issues
-
Other unforeseen circumstances

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:
Arrival Date ≠ Delivery Date
After items arrive in Nigeria:

We must collect from the shipping company
-
Sort and confirm orders
-
Pack items
-
Dispatch to customers
This process can take up to 14 working days after arrival of the items.
6. NO REFUNDS AFTER PROCUREMENT

Once a preorder batch has closed and we have placed orders with suppliers,

Refunds will NOT be issued to customers who cannot wait.

This applies even if:

You change your mind
-
You need money urgently
-
The timeline feels too long
By ordering, you agree to wait.
7. NO ORDER CHANGES
After payment and batch closure:

Customers cannot change:

Items
-
Sizes
-
Colors
-
Quantities
-
Models
-
Please confirm your order properly before making payment.
8. LOCAL DELIVERY FEES

All customers are responsible for paying:

Local waybill/delivery fees from our office to their address

Delivery fees are separate from product price and international shipping.
9. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds or exchanges will ONLY be considered if:

We send the wrong item

The item is defective or damaged
-
The item received is clearly different from what was ordered
In such cases:

We will bear the cost of return and exchange

Or issue a refund after verification
10. COMPLAINT POLICY
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order

Clear pictures/videos

Proof of issue

RETURN TIMELINE

11. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

14. PICKUP POLICY

Physical pickups are available after orders have arrived and delivery is scheduled.

Customers who wish to pick up their orders must book a pickup time in advance to ensure smooth processing.

This helps us prepare your items properly and avoid unnecessary waiting time.
